Where we deliver

We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India. Enter your PIN code on any product page in the app to check delivery availability, cash-on-delivery eligibility and the estimated delivery date before you order.

Delivery time

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 2–7 working days after dispatch depending on your location. The estimate shown in the app for your PIN code applies.
• Delays may occur during festivals, sale periods, or due to weather and courier disruptions; we will keep you informed.

Shipping charges

• Free delivery on orders of ₹999 and above.
• A delivery fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.
• Cash on delivery, where available, carries a fee of ₹49 and is offered for orders up to ₹10,000.
• All charges are shown in the app before you pay.

Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a notification and can track your order in the app under Account → Orders, including the courier name and tracking number.

Failed delivery

If delivery fails after the courier’s attempts (for example, wrong address or recipient unavailable), the order returns to us. Prepaid orders are refunded after the package is received back, less delivery charges.
