Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The amount payable is calculated by our server at checkout. Online orders are confirmed only after the payment is verified; cash-on-delivery orders are confirmed when placed, where available.

Delivery

Delivery dates shown are estimates for your PIN code. Free delivery applies above the threshold shown in the app; otherwise a delivery fee is charged. A fee may apply to cash-on-delivery orders.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order from the app until it is packed. Online payments for cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.

Returns and exchanges

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, unused, with tags and original packaging. Items marked non-returnable cannot be returned. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders), usually within 5–7 working days after we receive the item. Delivery fees are not refundable.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly between screens. If a pricing error occurs or stock becomes unavailable, we may cancel the order with a full refund.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.
