Delete your SS Vastralayam account

In the app

  1. Open the SS Vastralayam app and sign in.
  2. Go to Account → Profile.
  3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Orders that are still in progress must be delivered or cancelled first.

Without the app

Email support@ssvastralayam.in from your registered email address (or include your registered mobile number) with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email, mobile number, date of birth), saved addresses, wishlist, bag, recently viewed items, notification history and sign-in sessions.

What is retained

Order, payment and invoice records are retained as required by Indian tax law (generally up to 8 years) and are no longer linked to an active account.
